Agreement
Toolshed (toolshedhub.com) is run by Lightbit Studio, Israel. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Using the tools
You may use the tools for free, for personal and commercial purposes. Use them only for lawful purposes and only with files you have the right to use. Do not try to disrupt the site, get around its ads with automated tools, or copy it in bulk.
Your files
Your files are processed in your browser and stay yours. We do not receive, store or claim any rights to them. You are responsible for keeping your own copies.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to make them accurate, but conversions, calculations, exchange rates and AI results may contain errors. Check important results before you rely on them, especially for medical, legal or financial decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Lightbit Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ads and third parties
The site shows ads from Google and loads some files from other providers, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of ads or of external websites they link to.
Open-source software
Toolshed is built on open-source libraries, each used under its own license. The full list is on the Licenses page.
Changes and governing law
We may change the tools or these terms at any time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction.
