How to use Before and After Image Slider

  1. Add two images

    Drop the before and after images (JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC), or paste them. Reorder them in the list to swap sides.

  2. Compare

    Drag the slider across the picture or use the arrow keys, fade one image over the other in Overlay, or view them side by side. Edit the labels if you like.

  3. Save

    Press Save comparison to download a labelled side-by-side JPG or PNG, plus a standalone HTML page with the interactive slider.

How do I put the before/after slider on my website?

Tick “Also save an HTML page with the slider”. The page holds both images inside it and needs no scripts or files from anywhere else: upload it and link to it, or paste its contents into an iframe's srcdoc.

What if my two images are different sizes?

In the saved side-by-side image the larger one is scaled down to the same height, so both line up. The slider and overlay views stretch the second image to the first one's frame, so photos taken from the same spot at the same size compare best.

Are my images uploaded?

No. The comparison is made in your browser, so your images never leave your device.

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. Before and After Image Slider runs entirely in your browser. Your files are processed on your device and are never sent to a server.

Is there a file size limit?

No fixed limit. The only limit is your device's memory. Very large files work best in a desktop browser.
